These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Hotel INTERNATIONAL Iași website, www.hotelinternationaliasi.ro.

Welcome to www.hotelinternationaliasi.ro (the "Website"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using the Website and the services offered through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. By browsing the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our online services.

Chapter 2. Definitions
User – any natural or legal person who visits or uses the Website. Users must be at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may use the Website only with the consent and assistance of a parent or legal guardian.
Provider / Controller – PALAS INTERNATIONAL RESORT S.R.L., with the identification details above.
Chapter 3. Intellectual property
The content of the Website, including but not limited to images, texts, graphic elements, scripts, software, design rights, patent rights and registered trademarks, is the property of PALAS INTERNATIONAL RESORT S.R.L. and is protected by copyright and by intellectual and industrial property law. It is strictly forbidden to use the Website to destroy or alter its content or its security, or to discredit or harass the owner. Any use of the items listed above without the owner's consent is punishable under the laws in force.
The name www.hotelinternationaliasi.ro and the Hotel INTERNATIONAL Iași logo are registered trademarks of PALAS INTERNATIONAL RESORT S.R.L. The owner cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the use of the Website content.
Chapter 4. Personal data – collection, use and disclosure
By reading this notice, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed and stored for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, which is approximately 5 years. If you do not want your data to be collected, please do not provide it to us.
Your data is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection in force, and is used by the Controller for legitimate purposes, namely:
- to confirm your hotel reservation;
- to send you emails about your stay;
- to respond to your requests and enquiries;
- to send you special offers and promotions, if you have agreed to receive them;
- for marketing analysis and the administration of our client database, including the disclosure of personal data to the competent authorities.
The Website does not explicitly request or collect personal information about children under the age of 18. If you are under 18 and want to use the Website, please ask for the help of a parent or legal guardian.

The Controller cannot guarantee that the Website, the servers that host it or the emails sent from @hotelinternationaliasi.ro addresses are free of viruses or other harmful components, or free of errors, omissions, failures, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission. Users browse and use the Website at their own risk, and the Controller is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by accessing or using the Website or the information on it. The Controller is not responsible for errors or omissions in the information or materials presented on the Website.

Prices shown on the Website are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual offer.
We can only confirm your reservation if you provide all the requested information. Please make sure that your information is correct. It is provided to the Controller solely on the basis of your express consent.
Chapter 7. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Any changes will be published on the Website without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and PALAS INTERNATIONAL RESORT S.R.L. regarding the use of the Website. The Provider reserves the right to revise and update them at any time without notice or prior acceptance by users. In case of disagreement between the Provider and the User, the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your order will apply. Please check this page regularly for updates.
Chapter 8. Disputes
The rights and obligations of Users under these Terms and Conditions, and all their legal effects, are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be settled amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be settled by the competent Romanian court. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution procedures described on our ANPC page.
Chapter 9. Final provisions
If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be wholly or partly invalid or inoperative, or if a matter is not covered by them, the validity of the other clauses is not affected. An invalid or incomplete clause will be replaced by a valid clause that comes as close as legally possible to what the parties originally intended.
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the provisions of the Romanian Civil Code and by the legislation applicable to the legal relationship between www.hotelinternationaliasi.ro and the User.
